Sampre Nutritions Limited has issued a revised clarification to BSE Limited regarding its recently approved bonus equity share issue. The company corrected an earlier error related to the face value of the shares involved in the bonus allotment.

In a meeting held on September 19, 2025, the Board of Directors approved a bonus issue in a 1:1 ratio, meaning one bonus equity share will be issued for every one fully paid-up equity share held by investors. Initially, the announcement stated a face value of Rs 10 per share. However, in its revised filing, the company clarified that the correct face value will be Rs 5 per share, aligning with the proposed equity share split, which remains subject to member approval.

Details of the Bonus Issue

  • Bonus Ratio: 1:1 (one bonus share for every share held)

  • Face Value: Rs 5 per share (post-split)

  • Source of Funds: Securities premium account, based on audited financials for the year ended March 31, 2025

  • Available Balance: Rs 59.87 crore in the securities premium account

  • Required Amount: Rs 21.56 crore for the bonus issue

  • Total Issue Size: 43,113,710 equity shares worth Rs 21.55 crore

Following the issue, the company’s paid-up share capital will increase from 43,113,710 shares to 86,227,420 shares, with each share carrying a face value of Rs 5. The authorised share capital will also rise from 7 crore shares to 20 crore shares.

The company has stated that the bonus shares will be credited or dispatched to eligible shareholders within two months of board approval, i.e., on or before November 19, 2025.

Sampre Nutrition's share price is locked in the 2 per cent upper circuit on Monday. The stock price has witnessed a record-breaking streak of hitting 70 upper circuits. From its 52-week low of Rs 20.90, the stock has delivered a return of 367 per cent. The stock price hit 70 consecutive upper circuits.
