The Hamps Bio Ltd. Board has recommended a 1:1 bonus share issue, meaning shareholders will receive one new equity share of Rs 10 for every share they currently hold. This issuance, totalling approximately Rs 4.36 crore (43.56 lakh shares), will be funded from the company's free reserves and/or securities premium as of March 31, 2025. Following the bonus issue, the paid-up share capital will double from Rs 4.36 crore to Rs 8.71 crore. The Board fixed the record date for bonus shares as Monday, September 08, 2025.
