From a strategic acquisition to a contract extension and a major AI-focused healthcare partnership, these stocks could attract investor attention in Thursday's trading session.

Indian benchmark indices ended sharply higher on June 24, with the Nifty 50 reclaiming the key 24,000 mark and the Sensex advancing nearly 800 points. Investor sentiment improved amid easing crude oil prices, supportive commentary from Reserve Bank of India Governor Sanjay Malhotra on inflation and interest rates, and strong buying in banking stocks.

The Nifty 50 settled at 24,021.65, up 197.55 points or 0.83 per cent, while the Sensex gained 790.54 points or 1.04 per cent to close at 76,991.22.

1. V R Infraspace Ltd

V R Infraspace Ltd informed exchanges that its subsidiary, Tradio Exim Private Ltd, has completed the acquisition of a 51 per cent stake in Premdhara Agro India Private Ltd. Following the transaction, Premdhara Agro India has become a subsidiary of Tradio Exim and consequently a step-down subsidiary of V R Infraspace Ltd. The company stated that the acquisition is expected to create strategic and operational synergies, strengthen market reach, and improve supply chain and distribution efficiencies. The move also aligns the rice business within the group's broader business structure and supports its long-term growth strategy.

2. Happy Square Outsourcing Services Ltd

Happy Square Outsourcing Services Ltd announced that Bharat Dynamics Ltd has further extended its manpower supply services contract. The work order was originally awarded in July 2024 and later extended in February 2026. The latest extension will continue under the existing terms and conditions for an additional three months. The aggregate value of the contract extension stands at approximately Rs 81 lakh, inclusive of applicable Taxes.

3. Infosys Ltd

Infosys Ltd announced a strategic collaboration with Sentara, a leading not-for-profit healthcare organisation, aimed at building a scalable foundation for AI-driven transformation. As part of the partnership, Infosys will deploy its Infosys Topaz Fabric platform to help unify infrastructure, data, applications, models and workflows into an integrated AI-ready ecosystem.

The company said the initiative is designed to improve operational efficiency, support clinicians and staff, and enhance the overall experience for patients and members. The collaboration further strengthens Infosys' presence in the growing AI and healthcare technology segments.
