Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 364 points or 0.47 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals declined by 0.83 per cent, power plunged by 0.25 per cent, and auto slipped by 0.51 per cent.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd, Emmbi Industries Ltd and Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 3.74 per cent to trade at Rs 16,299.00 apiece.
Emmbi Industries Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 2.26 per cent to trade at Rs 63.45 apiece. The company reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance with pre-sales rising 338 per cent year-on-year to around Rs 868 crore, compared with Rs 198 crore in Q1 FY26. Collections increased to Rs 496 crore from Rs 322 crore YoY. As of June 30, 2026, net institutional debt stood at around Rs 3,363 crore after adjusting cash and cash equivalents of Rs 1,202 crore.
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd, an S&P BSE company, advanced 2.13 per cent to trade at Rs 134.20 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) announced that its board has approved raising up to Rs 1,500 crore through a Further Public Offering (FPO) of fresh equity shares, subject to shareholder and government approvals. The company also approved amendments to its Memorandum of Association to expand business activities, including renewable energy, water management, agro-chemicals, fertilizers, agricultural inputs, and allied sectors.
