Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 98 points or 0.13 per cent.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.55 per cent, power zoomed by 0.57 per cent, and auto surged by 0.23 per cent.
Meanwhile, Sheela Foam Ltd, Ion Exchange (India) Ltd and The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Sheela Foam Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 14.94 per cent to trade at Rs 625.00 apiece. SFL delivers strong Q4 performance. Company registers FY26 PAT of Rs 161 crs (78 per cent YoY increase). Board recommends 20 per cent Dividend
Ion Exchange (India) Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 8.77 per cent to trade at Rs 426.85 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd, an S&P BSE company, advanced 6.45 per cent to trade at Rs 1,579.75 apiece. The company has delivered its 2003-built Medium Range Tanker “Jag Pankhi” to the buyers. The vessel was contracted for sale in Q1 FY27.
