Job Description and Profile
The Team Lead is a highly focused position to ensure a top quality service-oriented and highly successful sales team. The Team Lead will be revenue focused and driven. He will lead by example with personal sales revenues, besides managing a team of successful Business Development executives. This is a role consisting of the two major responsibilities of Sales Revenue & Team Management.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering monthly sales revenue goals.
- Leading, motivating and assisting a team of Executives to deliver individual sales goals.
- Lead by example closing sales, especially large prospects, on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring that team members follow schedules designed to maximize profitability. (Directly responsible for team attendance, attrition and schedule efficiency)
- Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.
- Admin support, coordination with IT, HR and resolving employee issues if any.
Skills and Specifications:
- Strong Sales background and selling abilities.
- Experience of TL/Supervisor in outbound sales calling of minimum 1 year
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages: English, Hindi and one of the regional language Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil.
- MBA/PGDM/MMM/MCOM in Finance or Marketing with 1st class passing.
- Preference for relevant experience in share market, stock market, insurance, bank, broking sector.
