Indices Surges, Auto, Healthcare Outperforms

After the positive opening, the Indian markets manage to hold its morning gains. Auto and Healthcare rallied and were surges more than 200 points each. In the current scenario the Nifty index is trading up by 30 points at 8013 and the Sensex is up by 151 points at 26573. Both the indices were seen trading at positive note by 0.50 percent each.

On the NSE, the advance-decline ratio is indicating positive side. As 1499 stock advances and 1057 stock declines.

Top Nifty Gainers: Sun Pharma is leading the gainer lists so far and is up by 3.74%. It is followed by Cairn India, M&M, HCL tech and Idea Cellular.

Top Nifty Losers: Power Gride Corp is leading the losers list so far and is down by 2.92%. It is followed by Bank of Baroda, Kotak Mahindra, SBI and Ambuja Cement.

Some sectors sustaining their gain at mid-session. 9 out of 13 sectors were trading in green. Auto and Healthcare were the top gainer, trading up more than 200 points. It was followed by Capital Good and Oil & Gas, which were up around 100 points. Mid-caps and Small-caps also managed to trade on positive note. However Bankex and Consumer Durabales were trading around crucial support levels, down around 50 points each.   

The Asian market continued with the morning trade trading in the negative scenario. The Hang Seng was down by 418 points. It was followed by the Nikkei, which is down by 20 points. The Straits Times and Shanghai Composite were trading with a negative bias.

Buzzer: Sun Pharma the stock opens in positive sentiment and made high at Rs 847. If the stock closed above the resistance zone of Rs 850, it’s likely to move further in coming trading session.

Nifty Futures is witnessing volatile moves and is trading in the range of 8000-8030 level. If it manages to close above 8040 levels, indicating good strength at lower levels.
