Ahluwalia Bags Rs 220.5 crore Order

Ahluwalia contracts (India), the company engaged in construction business, has secured new orders aggregating to Rs 220.47 crore for the construction of Institutional/Commercial Buildings, including Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting Services.
Ahluwalia contracts (India), the company engaged in construction business, has secured new orders aggregating to Rs 220.47 crore for the construction of Institutional/Commercial Buildings, including Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting Services.
The company bagged a new order worth of Rs 154 crore for construction of Civil Package work for Brookfield Assets Management and worth Rs 66.47 crore for construction of Bennett University for Times of India.
The company has informed that they are currently LI in project valued approx Rs 412 crore and the projects bidden in the pipeline amount to Rs 1800 crore.
The total order inflow during the FY 2015-16 stands at Rs 1214.48 crore and the company's current order book is Rs 4300 crore. According to Mr. Shobhit Uppal Dy. Managing Director (DMD), the company is gaining orders regularly during the current fiscal year due to which order book reached Rs 4300 crore. The main focus of the company would be on speedy execution and timely delivery of project.
The stock is currently trading at Rs 269.40, up by Rs 2.10 or 0.79% from its previous closing of Rs 267.30 on the BSE.
As on 30th June, 2015 FII holding increased to 15.12% as against 15.07% on 31st March 2015 whereas DII holdings increased to 5.92% as against 5.07% on 31st March 2015.
