Quick Heal Technologies (QHT) invested USD 125,000 (Rs 85 crore) in its US subsidiary Quick Heal Technologies America Inc. On financial front, the revenue from QHT’s subsidiary stands at USD 29582 (Rs 20 lakhs) for the financial year 2014-15.

QHT has been nominated for 2016 excellence in Information Security Testing Award to be received from International Computer Security Association (ICSA) Labs on successful completion of five years of continuous ICSA Labs information security testing.The Excellence in Information Security Testing (EIST) award recognises clients that have continually tested their products and maintained their information security certification with ICSA Labs.
On financial front, the revenue from QHT’s subsidiary stands at USD 29582 (Rs 20 lakhs) for the financial year 2014-15. The company launched its Seqrite product line inorth America last year. The new product Seqrite provides a small to midsize enterprise (SME) with the needs to prevent internal and external threats, attacks and malicious intents before they strike. QHT’s product can be managed through a cloud interface.
The share price of QHT increased by 7.61 per cent on bourses; and is trading at Rs 247 on an intraday basis. Meanwhile the company has listed on bourses in the month of February and has a price band of 311-321. Its share price declined to more than 55 per cent to Rs 180 after listing.
QHT provides information technology security solutions. The enterprise products also include Quick Heal Endpoint Security that provides management and control of virus protection on networks, and caters to both small and medium-sized enterprises, and corporate markets. Its product is designed for information technology (IT) security management across the length and depth of devices and on multiple platforms. QHT has products for various operating systems like Mac, Android, and Blackberry.
