Day's Digest - Five stocks to watch out on March 8

The five stocks that may witness some kind of significant movement on March 8 in the markets are: RPP Infra Projects, Emmbi Industries, Inox Wind, Persistent Systems and Ramco Systems.

a) RPP Infra Projects: RPP Infra Projects has secured an order from Neyveli Lignite Corporation of the order of Rs 565 millions. Out of this, company will get Rs 349 million from construction of 154 various types of residential quarters including electrification works for NLC Tamil Nadu Power (NTPL) Township at Tuticorin. The remaining Rs 216 million will be given out for general civil work phase II roads and drain package for NTPL.

b) Emmbi Industries:  Emmbi Industries has started construction of positive pressure clean room facility for manufacturing of food and pharmaceutical grade FIBC packaging material.Total cost for project will be Rs 10 crore and it will take about 10 to 12 months to complete the production.

c) Inox Wind: Inox Wind bags 52 MW orders from two Public Sector Units (PSUs). The company has bagged a 26 MW turnkey wind power project to be set up at Mahidad, in the state of Gujarat from Indian Oil Corporation.Its remaining 26 MW turnkey orders are to be set up in Rojmal Gujarat by Gujarat Industries Power Company (GIPCL).

d) Persistent Systems: Persistent Systems Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Persistent Systems entered into agreements with International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) to develop, support, and create new products based upon, an IBM data management software product.

e)  Ramco Systems: Ramco Systems joined hands with Middle-Eastern 3PL service provider, RSA Logistics. The company will implement its lntegrated Freight Management System (IFMS), an end-to-end solution suite that addresses the complete process flow of the shipping and transportation sector.
