b) APL Apollo Tubes: APL Apollo Tubes informed stock exchanges on Friday that it has created a new milestone in the steel tube industry by becoming the first ever company to produce a dispatch over one lac ton of steel tubes in single month. 

c) Den Networks: Den Networks has informed stock exchanges on Thursday that it has entered into an agreement with Wall Street Investment for selling off its 55 per cent equity stake in Den Sports for a consolidation of Rs 43 crores.

d) JSW Steel: JSW Steel informed stock exchanges on Friday that it has achieved highest ever monthly crude steel production of 1.27 million tonnes in March 2016. The company’s Vijaynagar plant achieved production and dispatch in excess of 1 million tonnes in March 2016.

e) Cyient Ltd.: Cyient Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Infotech Geospatial India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, with the Company.
