d) S H Kelkar and Co.: S H Kelkar and Company has informed stock exchanges on Tuesday that on April 02, 2016, the company has executed Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 100 per cent share capital of RHAPL for total consideration of Rs. 28.17 Cr. Further, an amount of Rs. 5 Cr was paid by way of goodwill.

On the same date, Keva Flavours, subsidiary of the company has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with HTT for acquisition of the business undertaking of HTT, comprising of a Flavours Division for total consideration of Rs 25.11 Cr.
