The Indian markets are in positive terrain today. Today’s rally was primarily led positive by the Metals and Auto which was up by 145 and 84 points. All other sectors are trading in negative.
The Indian markets are in positive terrain today. Today’s rally was primarily led positive by the Metals and Auto which was up by 145 and 84 points. All other sectors are trading in negative. Nifty was trading up by more than 13.95 points, an increase of 0.18 per cent at 7617; and Sensex is down by 24 points, an increase of 0.10 per cent at 24908.
The advance-decline ratio showed the same trend as most of the stocks were trading in green. 1383 scrips were trading in the positive territory; 869 scrips were in red; however, 111 stocks remained unchanged on the NSE.
Top Nifty Gainers: Hindalco is leading the gainers list as it was trading up by close to 4.77 per cent followed by Tata Steel, Ultra tech Cement which were up 4.03; 3.02 per cent respectively.
Top Nifty Losers: Bosch is leading the losers list down more than 2.59 per cent, followed by Tech Mahindra and ICICI Bank which are down by 2.37 per cent and 1.80 per cent respectively.
All major sectors were trading in Green. BSE Metals was leading the way with gain of 166 points, followed by BSE Auto which is trading up by 79 points. BSE Small Cap is trading up by 57 points.
Buzzer: - Tata Steel is buzzing in trade as it was trading up by 5 per cent quoting Rs 326.40 because of company’s news of finalization of its deal of UK plant.
