Cera Sanitaryware glitters; Posts double digit profits

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd. post market hours, on Tuesday declared its Q4FY16 results. Cera Sanitaryware has certainly raised the bar and have booked double digit numbers. On a (QoQ) basis, the Net Income from Operations has increased by 20 per cent and stands at Rs 280.59 crores as compared to Rs 233.53 crores previously. EBITDA margin has outperformed estimates and has seen a surge of 35 per cent and stands at Rs 48.12 crores. The Company has recorded a Net Profit of Rs 29.81 crores, on (QoQ) basis. As compared to the previous quarter the Net profit has increased by 48 per cent.

On a (YoY) basis the Net Income has increased by 14 per cent and stands at Rs 933.69 crores as compared to 821.57 cores for the previous year. EBITDA has also seen a double digit growth. EBITDA on a (YoY) basis has increased by 20 per cent and stands at Rs 141.28 crores. Net Profit for the year stands at Rs 83.46 crores, which is up by 23 per cent on a (YoY) basis.

On a CAGR basis, the Net Income and EBITDA have grown by 31 and 28 per cent respectively over a period of 5 years. Profit Margins have also grown by 27 per cent in the last 5 years. The shares on the bourses are trading at Rs 1990.60, up by 1.12 per cent. The shares are in green, due to positive results.
