Overnight Digest - Stocks to look out for on June 9

The stocks which could witness significant movement on June 9 are Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Lupin Ltd., Tube Investments of India Ltd., RPP Infra Projects Ltd. & Sagar Cements Ltd.

a) Sun Pharmaceuticals: Sun Pharma has recently announced the launch of its sunscreen brand Suncros through its global consumer healthcare business vertical. The stock of Sun Pharma has just hit above its 52 week low and is to be watched out for in coming sessions.

b) Lupin:  Drug firm Lupin has violated the current goods manufacturing norms and thereby is recalling over 54472 vials of anti-bacterial injection Ceftriaxone through US arm Lupin Pharmaceutical Inc., manufactured at its Mandideep facility in Madhya Pradesh.

c) Tube Investments of India: Tube Investments has set up a new Bicycle factory in Punjab. The cost of the plant is worth Rs 105 cr. The plant has an installed capacity of 2.5 lakh bicycles per month. The share price of the company will be watched out in Thurday’s trading session.

d) RPP Infra Projects: RPP Infra Projects grabbed Rs 45.5 crore highway projects from state government of MP. The project is for construction of Narsinghpur city portion road 5.7 km and Linga Bhourjhir Purguwan road of 25.68 km worth Rs 454 million.

e) Sagar Cements: Sagar Cements has forwarded details of its production and dispatch. The company’s cement production has declined by 13 per cent to 1,33,900 MTs in May 2016 month as compared to corresponding period of previous year. Meanwhile its total sales also has declined by 15 per cent to 1, 38,137 MTs on a yearly basis.
