Shree Renuka Sugars/Balrampur Chini Mills/Dwarikesh Sugar Industries: According to Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA), India has exported over 1.6 million tonnes of sugar so far in 2016, up 46 per cent on a yearly basis. The global prices have increased by about 50 per cent in the last three months due to disruption in supply from Brazil. The entire sugar specific stocks will be watched out in June 14 trading session.

ABB India: ABB India has commissioned five sub-stations to integrate 648 MW solar project at Kamuthi in Tamil Nadu to the national transmission grid. The company’s grid connect will account for about 10 per cent of India’s solar power, to the national grid. The share price will be in limelight in Tuesday’s trading session.

Intellect Design Arena: Intellect Design Arena has partnered with Silver Bullet Technology, the leader in cheque-scanner expertise and development tools. The transaction will facilitate faster clearing for global banks. The share price of the company will be watched out in Tuesday’s trading session.

Havells India: Havells India has signed an agreement with Promptec Renewable Energy Solutions to acquire upto 70 per cent stake in the Paid-up Share Capital of Promptec. The company now holds 51 per cent stake in Promptec. The share price of the company will be in the limelight on June 14.

Rajesh Exports: Rajesh Exports board has approved acquisition in the Middle East. The acquisition has been approved to strengthen the backward integration of company and to strengthen the domestic and global presence of the company in the gold business. The share price will be focus in Tuesday’s trading session.
