Book your movie tickets of INOX through Paytm

INOX Leisure has entered into an association with e-commerce platform, Paytm to sell movie tickets to moviegoers. The e-commerce platform will provide greater convenience to guests and expand the booking platform of INOX across India.

According to the company’s management, INOX’s current technology-driven ecosystem requires to be innovated upon in order to stay ahead of the curve. Its alliance with Paytm will provide convenience to the company’s audience right at their fingertips.

On financial front, INOX Leisure’s revenue has increased by 31.06 per cent to Rs 1333 crore in FY16 on a yearly basis. The company’s EBITDA too has risen by 54.47 per cent to Rs 190 crore in FY16 as compared to previous fiscal year. Its net profit also has increased by more than three times to Rs 77 crore in FY16 on a yearly basis.

The share price of INOX Leisure has increased by 2.78 per cent on bourses in early trades; and is trading at Rs 226.15 on an intraday basis.

INOX Leisure operates in the cinema exhibition industry. The company, along with Satyam Cineplexes, operates approximately 100 multiplexes and 389 screens in over 54 cities making it a pan-Indian multiplex chain. It is engaged in the design, construction and operation of the multiplex in Goa that hosts the International Film Festival of India. INOX Leisure operates in Ajmer, Amritsar, Anand, Aurangabad, Belagavi, Bengaluru, Bharuch, Bhilwara, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Burdwan, Chennai, Darjeeling, Delhi, Dhanbad, Faridabad, Gandhinagar, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Udaipur, Vadodara and Vijayawada, among others.
