Overnight Digest – Stocks to look out for on July 13

Datamatics Global Services: Datamatics Global Services has agreed to acquire balance 26.88 per cent stake in Lumina Datamatics. The company will acquire about 59,902 fully paid equity shares of Rs 10. The share price of the company will be watched out on July 13.

Cairn India/Vedanta: The Cairn - Vedanta merger is now forthcoming as Life Insurance Company (LIC) has given an informal green light. The merger will commence once again post August. LIC holds 9.06 per cent stake in Cairn India. The share price of both companies will be in the limelight on Wednesday.

Mcleod Russel India: Mcleod Russel India’s subsidiary McLeod Russel Uganda has received a Temporary Certificate of Amalgamation of Rwenzori Tea investments. The share price of the company will be watched out on July 13.

Somany Ceramics: Somany Ceramics has requested the government to consider raising the anti-dumping duty on vitrified tiles from USD 1.37 per metre to USD 2. The share price of the company will be in focus in Wednesday's session.

Jaiprakash Power Ventures: Jaiprakash Power Ventures will consider the proposed scheme of arrangement for hive-off and transfer of 500 MW Jaypee Bina Thermal Power Plant of the company.
