1. Castrol India Limited :- Castrol India Limited will be selling its 7 per cent of its stake, i.e. 34,619,283 shares in a block deal on Aug 24, via an accelerated book build offering as part of a secondary market offering. The price range of the issue will be Rs 385 to 415.5 per share.
2. Indo Count Industries:- Indo Count Industries Ltd., has informed BSE that at the board meeting held on August 23, 2016, the board of directors of the Company have approved the sub-division of the equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, into equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
3. Idea Cellular:- Country's third-largest Telco, Idea Cellular is said to be "exploring" options for a strategic deal with number-two player Vodafone India.
4. SREI Infrastructure Finance:- SREI Infrastructure Finance has filed the Draft Shelf Prospectus with BSE, NSE and SEBI for public issue of secured redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs 1000 each aggregating upto Rs 1000 crore.
5. Aurobindo Pharma :- Aurobindo Pharma will be declaring its Q1FY17 results on Aug 23, and the stock is likely to react on Aug 24.
