IL&FS Transportation Networks has entered into a share purchase agreement with Cube Highways & Infrastructure for an aggregate value of Rs 140.37 crore. Cube Highways & Infrastructure is incorporated in Singapore for sale of its entire equity stake in Andhra Pradesh Expressway Limited (APEL).
