The Tata’s which are known to be quite ethical in the things which they do, had then shifted their base to Sanand plant in Gujarat.Well, the entire episode came into the limelight when the farmers protested and claimed that this is one of the fertile lands, which has been allotted to Tata Motors and the issue went to the Calcutta High Court and from there it went to Supreme Court for the final judgement.On the other hand, Tata Motors remained in green on the bourses and closed at Rs 537.90, up by 1.82 per cent. However, in the last 6 months, shares have given a return of 70 per cent.
