The stocks which could witness a significant movement on September 15 are NTPC, Rolta India/Unitech,Shriram Transport Finance Company,Jindal Drilling and Reliance Communications.
NTPC :- The NTPC bond issue was oversubscribed by over 3 times. NTPC has received bids amounting to Rs 1,495 crore for its taxable secured non convertible debentures issue of Rs 500 crore.
Rolta India/Unitech:- The results will be declared for the Q1 FY17 and both the counters will react to the results.
Shriram Transport Finance Company:- Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd., has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee - NCDs of the Company in its meeting held on September 14, 2016 approved and allotted 700 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 70 crore on a private placement basis.
Jindal Drilling : Net profits were declared at 9.5 crore down by 3.1 per cent. EBITDA is down by 13.2 per cent and the EBITDA margins have come in at 9.9 per cent versus 12.7 per cent (YoY)
Reliance Communications:- The deal has been finalised between Rel Com and Aircel and now the new entity will be engulfing Reliance Com + Aircel+ MTS.
