Overnight Digest – Stocks to look out for on September 19

The stocks which could witness significant movement on September 19 are R Systems International, Petron Engineering Construction, Wockhardt, KDDL and Housing Development Infrastructure/Oberoi Realty/Godrej Properties.

R Systems International: R Systems International’s board of directors have approved buyback of 30 lakhs fully paid up equity shares with a base price of Rs 65.

Petron Engineering Construction: Petron Engineering Construction has received receipt of Letter of Intents (LOIs) from M/s. Shree Cement, for civil work at their cement plants at Aurangabad, Bihar and at Gulbarga, Karnataka for a total contract value of Rs 50 crore.

Wockhardt: USFDA has cleared Chikalthana plant of Wockhardt. The share price of the company will be watched out on Monday.

KDDL: KDDL's subsidiary has closed its ETRM store situated at Amritsar, Punjab. The share price of the company will be in limelight on September 19.

Housing Development Infrastructure/Oberoi Realty/Godrej Properties: The recently-released Maharashtra State Housing Policy proposes redevelopment of buildings in 104 layouts of the state-run Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) in Greater Mumbai. The share price of various companies such as Housing Development Infrastructure, Oberoi Realty, Godrej properties will be in  focus on Monday.
