The Notes are proposed to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
India Infraspace Ltd.:- India Infraspace Ltd., has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company will be held on October 06, 2016, to reduce the equity share capital of the Company from Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (divided into 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 2,80,00,000/- (divided into 28,00,000 equity shares of Re. 10/- each)
BEML :- BEML expects Rs 800-1000 cr of mining orders according to its chairman.
IOC/BPCL/OIL:- Cabinet clears IOC-OIL-BPCL's Russian stake buy for $3.14 bn.
Max Ventures and Industries Ltd :- Axis Capital Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Siva Enterprises Private Limited ("Acquirer 1") and P V T Ventures Private Limited ("Acquirer 2") collectively ("Acquirers") has informed BSE about this Offer opening Advertisement (" Open Offer”) to the Equity shareholders of Max Ventures and Industries Ltd ("Target Company").
