Endurance Technologies' IPO has been oversubscribed about 43.68 times on last day. The company received bids 2.57 times in retail category, 53.43 times in Qualified Institutional Bidder (QIB) category and 127.07 times in Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category.

Endurance Technologies received bids for about 75 crore shares against 1.72 crore shares on IPO. Earlier on October 4, the company finalised allocation of 73.83 lakh shares to anchor investors such as Goldman Sachs, Nomura, HSBC, Merrill Lynch and Government of Singapore, among others, at Rs 472 per share, amounting to Rs 348.52 crore.
After bidding of the IPO, finalisation of basis of allotment will be done on October 17. Further, initiation of refunds will be done on October 18. Exchanges will transfer shares to demat accounts on October 18. The shares of Endurance Technologies will be listed on October 19.
Indian companies have raised USD 2.9 billion (Rs 19300 crore) through IPOs in the first nine months of current year, almost twice from a year earlier.
