HDFC :- With reference to the earlier letter dated October 12, 2016 informing about the opening of the fourth issue of Rupee Denominated Bonds to overseas investors, aggregating to an amount up to Rs. 500 crore, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd., has now informed BSE that the Corporation has closed the said issue on October 14, 2016.
Jubilant Life :- The company will be raising Rs 50 crore by issue of commercial paper.
Resonance Speciality Ltd :- The company for one of its manufacturing site i.e M/S Vista Organics Pvt Ltd., Mandideep, (Bhopal) has been recently inspected by the USFDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). No 483 observations have been issued and EIR (Establishment Inspection Report) is awaited.
