Gold ETFs and bond to be traded on BSE, NSE on Dhanteras in extended sessions

Dhanteras along with Diwali and Akshaya Tritiya is the time when Indians consider buying Gold  auspicious.  Gold ETF investing is a global phenomenon and is slowly catching up in India.

National Stock Exchange (NSE) will be extending its trading session for Gold Exchange Traded Funds and Sovereign Gold Bond on October 28 till 7 p.m on Dhanteras.  October 30 is the Laxmi Pujan day and the Muhurat trading session will happen on the same day from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

BSE said on Tuesday , it will conduct a special trading session in Gold ETF securities and Soveriegn Gold Bond on Dhanteras after the regular market hours from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm. The extended trading session will resume at 4.30 pm on BSE and will continue till 7.00 pm.
