Arvind Mills/ Airtel/Asian Paints :-  These stocks will be declaring their results on Tuesday and the stocks are expected to remain volatile.

Capital First Ltd. :- Capital First Ltd., has informed BSE that the meeting of the debenture committee of the board of directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Private Placement of Rated, Listed, Secured/ Unsecured/ Perpetual, Redeemable, Non-Convertible securities in the nature of Debentures to be listed on the Debt Market segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Century Textiles & Industries Ltd.:- With reference to the earlier letter dated October 13, 2016, the company informed about a meeting of the board of directors scheduled to be held on October 28, 2016. In this connection, Century Textiles & Industries Ltd., has now informed BSE that the Board at the said meeting will also consider issue of Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through Private Placement Basis within the overall borrowing limit approved by the members earlier.

JSW Holdings:- JSW Cement has entered into a joint venture with Australian company Wagners for geopolymer cement. JSW Cement will have 74 percent stake in the JV while Wagner will own 26 percent.

Adani Enterprises/ Petronet LNG:- Adani Petronet (Dahej) Port Pvt., (APPPL), a joint venture of Adani Enterprises and Petronet LNG, has developed the Dahej port in a phased manner.
