JK Paper Ltd :- JK Paper Ltd., has informed BSE that the Company is in receipt of Conversion Notices from Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCBs) Holders, seeking conversion of their FCCBs (Series 2) aggregating to Euro 65,00,000 into about 74 lakh Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.
