Veerhealth Care Ltd :- Veerhealth Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed November 30, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Consolidation of Re. 1/- per share of the Company into the shares of Rs. 10/- each.
Pranavaditya Spinning Mills :- With reference to the letter dated November 02, 2016 regarding intention to effect a lock out in the Company with effect from November 15, 2016, Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that due to continuation of unjustified acts of workers, it was impossible for the management to operate the plant in a normal manner and hence, the Management of Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Limited was forced to declare a temporary lock out in the Company.
Deepak Fertilisers Ltd :- The company will be declaring its Q2 numbers and the stock will react to the numbers.
Eclerx :- Eclerx has announced in its BSE filing, a buy back of shares offer which will open on November 28th and will close on December 9th.
Axis Bank :- Axis Bank has cut the MCLR rate by 0.15 per cent to 0.20 per cent effective from Friday.
