Brigade Enterprises inaugurated iconic World Trade Centre (WTC) Kochi at Infopark Campus, Kakkanad. Brigade Group holds WTC licences for all the major cities in South India viz. Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Trivandrum and Hyderabad.

Bangalore, Kochi, Chennai, Trivandrum and Hyderabad. WTC Kochi is Brigade Group’s second operational WTC in South India after the WTC Bangalore.
World Trade Centre Kochi, a licenced member of the World Trade Centres Associations (WTCA), will have two towers each of 10 storeys measuring 7.5 lakh square feet.
On the financial front, Brigade Enterprises’ revenue declined 11.99 per cent to Rs 356 crore in Q2FY17, as compared to the same period in the previous financial year. The company’s EBITDA reduced 3.38 per cent to Rs 126 crore in Q2FY17 on a yearly basis. Its net profit also dropped 34.93 per cent to Rs 31.99 crore in Q2FY17, as compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year.
The share price of Brigade Enterprises increased more than 6 per cent on the bourses over the last five sessions. The company is trading at Rs 160, with loss of 0.84 per cent on intraday basis.
