Quarterly results on December 2

S&P BSE 500 companies Ashoka Buildcon, TV Today Network, IL&FS Transportation and GE Power India are expected to declare their quarterly results on Dec. 2. Other small-caps, including BGR Energy, Dredging Corporation and Parsvnath Developers, will also report their quarterly numbers on Dec. 2.

Ashoka Buildcon: The company is into infrastructure sector and is engaged in construction and maintenance of roads and provides support to the land support operation of toll roads. Its receives major orders from EPC road (60%) and other from EPC Power and BOT.

TV Today Network: The company, known for its Aaj Tak television brand, is into the business of television programming and broadcasting as well as digital media and radio broadcasting.

IL&FS Transportation Network: A transportation infrastructure company, IL&FS is the largest private sector BOT road operator. Its segments are road toll and road annuity.

GE Power India: The company, formerly known as Alstom India, is into the business of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and servicing of power plants and power equipment.

BGR Energy Systems: The company deals in manufacturing, procurement and commissioning of projects in power and oil and gas industries. Its segments include capital goods, construction and EPC contracts.

Dredging Corporation: Government of India promoted company is engaged in dredging business (75% market share). The company's 50% revenues are derived from natural deposition of mud in Haldia port.

Parsvnath Developers: It’s a real estate developer engaged in development, construction and marketing of commercial and residential realty projects. The projects comprise of residential, townships, retail, Delhi malls, IT parks and SEZs.

The shares of the above mentioned companies are likely to remain in focus and some volatility in their stock prices may be witnessed on Friday, December 2, 2016.
