Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd/Indian Oil Corporation/Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd :-Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., has informed BSE that Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited have signed a Consortium Agreement on December 07, 2016 to carry out pre-project activities for setting up of a West Coast Refinery & Petrochemical project of approximately 60 MMTPA capacity in the State of Maharashtra through a Joint Venture Company.
