Hindustan Copper Ltd:- The company in its meeting held on December 13, 2016, has approved the Dividend Distribution Policy of the Company, formulated as per Regulation 43A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Omkar Speciality Chemicals :- The company has announced receipt of patents from Govt of India, patent office for the “process for preparation of higher derivatives of B-Kotoestar”.
