Asian Paints, Aurobindo Pharma, Ujjivan Financial Services, Emami, GIC Housing Finance, Dabur India, Pidilite India and Shriram Transport Finance are among the 30 odd stocks from the BSE500 index, which are trading at their respective 6-month lows on the BSE.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, Crompton Greaves, Fag Bearings, Thermax, Wockhardt, Indoco Remedies, eClerx Services and Coffee Day Enterprises too have hit 6-month lows on December 23.

In the second week of November, after government's demonetisation decision, most of these stocks have fallen in the range of 10 per cent to 35 per cent, owing to heavy selling by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs). FIIs have already pulled out equities worth more than Rs 21000 crore during the period.

Realty, consumption related, and Non-banking Finance Companies' (NBFCs') stocks were hit badly during the period. Meanwhile, the industry is expecting that GST implementation would get delayed by two to three months from its existing scheduled April 2017 date.
