Overnight Digest- Stocks to look out for on December 30

The stocks which could see a significant movement on December 30 are Shiram Transport Finance, Edelweiss Financial Services, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Speciality Restaurants and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries. 

a) Shriram Transport Finance: The company has informed BSE, that it has approved and allotted 750 unsecured redeemable rated non-convertible subordinated debt in the nature of debentures of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 75 crore on a private placement basis.

b) Edelweiss Financial Services: CRISIL has assigned 'CRISIL A1+' (CRISIL A one plus) rating to the proposed short term debt issue of Rs 63.5 billion of the company.

c) Indiabulls Housing Finance: The company has issued and allotted 3,05,615 equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP schemes.

d) Speciality Restaurants: The company has entered into a deed of assignment with West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited (WBIDC) and M/s Sumash Developers Private Limited to transfer leasehold rights of the company in respect of the property.

e) Sun Pharmaceutical Industries:  The company has informed the bourses that a fire had  broken out at Sun Pharma’s Ahmednagar factory during excavation work, causing burn injuries to four workmen at the excavation site.
