Zydus finalises patent agreement with Upsher-Smith Labs

Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc., a subsidiary of global pharmaceutical company Cadila Healthcare Ltd, today announced that it has finalised an agreement with Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc. to settle the patent litigation with reference to Qudexy capsules.

The company's stock is up by 0.30 per cent and is currently trading at Rs 350.70. The stock has underperformed the BSE Sensex but outperformed the BSE Healthcare index over a period of one year.
