c) Cipla: The company has informed BSE that Goldencross Pharma, wholly owned subsidiary of Cipla has entered in to a definitive agreement to sell its 100% equity stake in Four M Propack to Shriji Polymers for a consideration of Rs.13.5 crores.
d) PNB: The company has informed BSE of signing an MoU with the Indian Post Payment Bank, wherein PNB shall provide technology platform for a pilot launch post RBI approval.
e) Tata Group Stocks: Tata Group Stocks will be in focus as NCLT dismissed Cyrus Mistry’s contempt petition against Tata Sons.
