Akzo Nobel India Ltd's Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.Total company's sales for Q3FY17 came in at Rs 813.01 crore, which represents a 6.88 per cent sequential increase and 1.87 per cent YoY increase.

Total company's sales for Q3FY17 came in at Rs 813.01 crore, which represents a 6.88 per cent sequential increase and 1.87 per cent YoY increase.
Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 90.71 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 11.16 per cent.
The company reported PAT of Rs 68.57 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 64.87 per cent and a YoY decline of 3.25 per cent.
The company's stock opened for trading at Rs 1,436 on the BSE and rose 0.77 per cent after the results were declared. It is currently trading around Rs 1436.
