MRF Ltd Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.The company's total sales for Q3FY17 were Rs 3533.14 crore, which represents a 2.25 per cent sequential decline and 1.09 per cent YoY decline.

The company's PAT was Rs 288.08 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ decline of 25.23 per cent and a YoY decline of 30.68 per cent.
The company's stock opened at Rs 51,650 on the BSE and fell 1.26 per cent and closed Rs 51,019 mark.
MRF Ltd is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of tyres for various vehicles. The company's products include tyres, conveyor belts, pre-treads, paints and coats and sports goods. The company has only one business segment: rubber tyres.
