Q3FY17 results: Indian Hotels Company

Indian Hotels Company Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 today.  The company's total sales for Q3FY17 were Rs 1129.3 crore, which represent a 27.61 per cent sequential increase and 2.83 per cent YoY decline.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter was Rs 197.9 crore and its EBIT margin was 17.52 per cent.

The company's PAT was Rs 92.98 crore, as against the net loss of Rs 26.76 crore in Q2FY17 and YoY increase of 598.57 per cent.

The company's stock opened at Rs 110.45 on the BSE, and fell 0.5 per cent to close at Rs 109.6
