BSE IT gains ahead of US govt plea to restore travel ban

The Bombay stock Exchange (BSE) Information Technology (IT) index opened in green at 9,726.10 level, up by 27.50 or at 0.28 per cent.
The Bombay stock Exchange (BSE) Information Technology (IT) index opened in green at 9,726.10 level, up by 27.50 or at 0.28 per cent as the San Francisco-based 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals denied the justice department's request, in a brief order overnight, for an immediate reinstatement of President Donald Trump's ban on accepting certain travellers and all refugees.
This order led in surging of BSE index and so, the top five gainers in BSE IT index are Accleya Kale Solutions Ltd, Cyient, Subex, Aurionpro and Kellton Tech Solutions.
These stocks are trading in the range of 2.85 per cent to 8.91 per cent.
