Reliance Power Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, today. The company reported total sales of Rs 2777.75 crore for Q3FY17, which represents a 12.36 per cent sequential increase and 12.49 per cent YoY increase.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter came in at Rs. 886.52 crore, while its EBIT margin was 31.92 per cent.
The company reported PAT of Rs 275.7 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 1.33 per cent and a YoY increase of 14.37 per cent.
Reliance Power Ltd is a part of the Reliance group which is engaged in the development, construction and operation of power projects domestically and internationally. The company has seven coal-fired projects, two gas-fired projects and seven hydro-electric projects.
