Shareholders cheer: Bosch declares interim dividend

Bosch Limited has announced that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 10, has approved a special pay out in the form of an interim dividend.

The interim dividend is of Rs 75 per equity share of Rs 10 each, payable to the registered shareholders of the company. The interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on February 23, 2017.
 
The stock of the company has delivered 38.01 per cent return and has outperformed the BSE Auto and BSE Sensex indices in a period of one year.
 
Headquartered in Gerlingen (Germany), Bosch is a German multinational engineering company. It is the world's largest supplier of automotive components.

Bosch Ltd. is currently trading at Rs 22,781.7, down by Rs 215 or 0.93 per cent from its previous closing of Rs 22,996.7 on the BSE.
