Q3FY17 results: Prabhat Dairy

Post market hours on Monday, Prabhat Dairy Ltd. reported its results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.
The total sales for this quarter, Q3FY17, came in at Rs 304.82 crore. This represents a 16.46 per cent sequential increase and 8.88 per cent YoY increase.
Its operating profit (EBIT) for the recently concluded quarter amounted to Rs 8.02 crore and the EBIT margin stood at 2.63 per cent.
In terms of the bottom-line, the company reported a PAT figure of Rs 8.17 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 12.84 per cent and a YoY increase of 8.06 per cent
On Tuesday, the company's stock which opened for trading at Rs 146.5 on the BSE, has fallen by 4.1 per cent after the results were declared and is currently trading around Rs 140.5 mark.
