NIIT Technologies on Thursday, announced a partnership with Nanoheal, which is a proactive IT tech support solution. The IT service management company-NIIT Technologies will leverage Nanoheal's platform within its holistic automation framework 'Excelerate' to deliver an intelligent and emphatic helpdesk solution.

Nanoheal comes with a made-to-order issue resolution database and a self-managing engine. Its predictive intelligence goes beyond the realms of machine learning, to bring in true automation for resolving device related issues, without the need of human intervention through its autonomic engine.
The stock has delivered 23.63 per cent returns in a period of one year, underperforming the BSE small-cap index and the BSE IT index in the same time span.
