Yes Bank teams up with Payjo for AI solutions

Yes Bank has teamed with Payjo, US, to introduce artificial intelligence(AI) banking platform to adopt its intelligence products.

Yes Bank has teamed with Payjo, US, to introduce artificial intelligence(AI) banking platform to adopt its intelligence products. Yes Bank is launching its wallet services through a chat-based financial assistant in partnership with Payjo on Facebook Messenger. This will also be soon available on Skype, Slack and WhatsApp and will allow users to recharge their mobile and DTH, send-request money and pay utility bills.

This AI powered Yes Pay Bot carries out financial transactions over a friendly chat, as well as answers banking queries and requests in proficient manner. It will help to give quick, personalised responses and real-time insights on transactions. Additionally, it works simultaneously across multiple channels like web, mobile and IVR.
