Emami to infuse Rs 350 crore in a project in association with Sheth Corp

The sprawling luxury residential project spans across over 7 acres with four towers accommodating 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments in the society.

Aiding the development of 'Montana', the luxury residential project in suburban Mumbai, Emami Group has agreed to infuse Rs 350 crore in the project through a limited liability partnership with Sheth Corp.

The sprawling luxury residential project spans across over 7 acres with four towers accommodating 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments in the society.

The project 'Montana' is the third joint undertaking of Emami Group's realty subsidiary, Emami Infrastructure and Sheth Corp.

Sheth Corp is one of the prominent realty enterprises with 70 developed projects, aggregating to a total of 20 million square feet. While in the Mulund region, the company has a strong presence with the projects - Vasant Oscar and Vasant Garden.

However, Emami Group has carried out most of its projects in the state of Kolkata, having had delivered 24 residential projects and commercial projects since its incorporation, aggregating to an area of 36 million sq. ft.  

As on March 23, 2017, Emami Infrastructure is trading at 80.45, increasing by a sumptuous 7.12 per cent on the bourses.
