HDFC Realty, a leading real estate advisory company, has recently declared its partnership with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

HDFC Realty, a leading real estate advisory company, has recently declared its partnership with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). RICS is a professional body for setting qualifications and standards in land, infrastructure and construction.
 
The strategic partnership intends to provide high level of knowledge and skills to brokers and real estate professionals through training programmes, as currently, it is tough to obtain appropriate information from the real estate professionals, and after training they can help the customers to take the correct decisions on their property deals in a shorter time.
 
The Real Estate Regulation and Development Act established in May 2016 examines all the real estate transactions taking place in the country.
