Capacite Infraprojects to come with an IPO

The real estate construction company Capacite Infraprojects has filed initial papers with SEBI to raise Rs 400 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). The company will raise money on book-building basis, with the price band to be decided later.

Capacite Infraprojects will use the IPO proceeds for working capital requirements, purchase of capital assets (system form work) and for general corporate purposes as per Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filing.
Axis Capital, IIFL Holdings and Vivro Financial Services are the book running lead managers to the issue and Karvy Computershare is the registrar.
On order book perspective, Capacite Infraprojects has Rs 4,000 crore till the end of CY216, comprising 51 ongoing projects and projects spread across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, National Capital Region, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi. The company’s consolidated revenue grew to Rs 853 crore in FY16 on a yearly basis.
Capacite Infraprojects has big clients in the league. The list of the company’s clients includes Oberoi Constructions, The Wadhwa Group, Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust, Lodha Group, Godrej Properties and Prestige Estates Projects.
